Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you use the website ultravd.com or the browser extension Ultra Video Downloader for Skool (together, "the service"). By installing the extension or paying for Pro, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The service is owned and operated by Waqar Hussain, Mohalla Alaldad Kheil Nali, Par Hoti Mardan, Pakistan ("we", "us"). Contact: support [at] ultravd [dot] com, phone / WhatsApp +92 314 5061866. See our Ownership Statement.
2. What the service does
The extension saves Skool classroom lessons that your own Skool account can already play as MP4 files on your computer, for your personal offline viewing. It works on skool.com only. It can't access lessons you don't have access to, and it doesn't save videos from other players embedded in lessons (such as Loom, YouTube, Vimeo or Wistia).
3. Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Your free downloads and your Pro subscription belong to that email address. Keep access to your email secure, and don't share your account.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the service only for lessons you are allowed to watch, and only for your own personal offline viewing.
- Don't share, upload, sell or publish downloaded lessons. They belong to their creators.
- You are responsible for following the rules of the Skool communities and platforms you use.
- Don't try to bypass the free download limit, share one Pro account between several people, or download automatically in bulk. We may lock accounts that do this.
5. Plans, prices and payment
The free plan includes 2 downloads. Pro costs $9.99 USD per month or $107.89 USD per year and gives unlimited downloads within fair use. Prices are shown on the website before you pay. Payments are processed by Safepay; we never see your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 14 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds, delivery and timelines are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Fair use and abuse protection
"Unlimited" means unlimited for one person's normal use. To stop account sharing and automated abuse, an account may be temporarily locked if it saves more than 40 lessons in an hour, more than 200 in a day, or signs in from 8 or more devices in a day. If that happens by mistake, contact us and we'll unlock it.
8. Availability and changes
The service depends on how Skool delivers its videos. If Skool changes its player, a download may stop working until we update the extension; updates install automatically. We try hard to keep it working but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. If the service stops working for you and we can't fix it, the refund rules for technical problems apply.
9. Ownership of the software
The extension, its name, logo and this website belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the extension while you have a valid plan. Don't copy, resell or modify the extension.
10. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
11. Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close an account without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the current period.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes, we'll email Pro customers in advance.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly through our complaints process. If a dispute can't be solved that way, the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without removing any right you may have to use the courts of your own country.
